Why don't my condensers produce water? in Offworld Trading Company Offworld Forums

I'm just getting started with the OTC campaign. When hiring staff, it clearly states that Solar Condensers should produce water, O2, and carbon. However when I build these structures - no water. Just O2 and carbon. So what's the deal? Did I miss something obvious?
