I also got this very same error everytime I try to install impulse, actually its my 3rd time to download and install it but same error exist Error reading from file: C:\PROGRA~2\6AA53~1\OFFLINE\86D01CB6\7463466D\Sd.Irc.resources.dll. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. I know it's nothing about the download because the error are always on the said file only, anyway im using win7, hope this can be resolve. thank you
