Trying to play on Iron Clad, Error Message Received, Please Help! in Technical Sins Forums

Okay, so I just got this game and really like it and all, but unfortunatley I haven't been able to have acess to IronClad Online. I created an account and everything and updated to v1.04, but when I try to login, I get an error message saying "Account does not exist". Well, I am stumped, so hopefully some of you can help me out? Thanks again guys! :)
