I'm mostly thinking of the empires at the bottom of the rankings. If Willy has a one man empire ranked at 18th I think he should stay at it and he should have some people to join his empire. But for the empires that are ranked low they should either get more people to join or join another empire.
Yes, More compicated (not joking). I like a game that is compicated but some times I just want to play a short, simple game. Mybe when you are on the setting up a new game you can choose a simple game or a compicted game. Also I would like more ships(bigger fleats).
I have no idea of what goes on in the Twilight of the Arnor plot, but I would like to read your story when you are done with it.
There are a lot of empires out there. Most of them are vary small, 2-6 people. But there at some that have only one person in them. I think that the people in the one man empires should join empires that have at least 2 or more people already in it. That is just my option, and until some one coneinces me differently I will always think that. Please let me know what you think.
After getting used to the game go for the custom race. I like to learn as many techs as posible and I follow the "Colony Rush" strategy in the beginning.
I feel the same way. They tell you things like "I do not like your starbase so close" or "we know you are about to attack" but you can't tell them the same thing. It would be nice if/when they they make gciv 3 to have a way to take to the other civs. Even as in a basic form it would still be great.

My Galactic Civilizations 2 Ultimate Edition will not let me set up metaverse. I do have a old metaverse account for Galciv 2 Dread Lords. I registered my Galactic Civilizations 2 Ultimate Edition on Impulse but will not work on the game. Thanks.
