hm...any else? I had one earlier today but I forgot it. Maybe it'll come back.
Fokxnim
[not advent! has heard of the advent, however.] Can't say I have. Is he in the Coalition?
Naeve? You are Advent?....Interesting. Irrelevant, but interesting. You cannot scare me Advant. I am the Marshall of the Warriors, Commander of the Crusaders. Craziest of the Beserkers. You have no influence over me.
Hmm....hard to say. Don't really remember it too well. I remember what was going on around when I first heard of course...but I don't know where I was. It's complicated.
[nope [e digicons]^_^[/e] ] [EDIT: its someone who hasn't been introduced yet. Just made him up a couple days ago.]
[forums did go boom! ha. and correct, it is a he but he is not TEC, not exactly] Well if I told you that I'd have the TEC breathing down my neck faster than I could say supernova. But don't worry, no matter where I am, I can be anywhere else within a matter of hours. Anywhere.
Is that so? You must really be stupid if you have what you say you have and you talk back to me. One call, and I can take everything you own away...
Hahaha....I like you, kid. The Epitomy, familiar to you? Hahaaa. I could use a kid like you on the decks. You could call me a Crusader and my assignment....well, its whatever the hell I want it to be.
I disagree, I think it's wonderful, just with huge holes (placed with reasons by the devs). At least, it has huge potential. The number of fan fics that have popped up from Sins proves how tantalizing the story is and how people feel the need to fill the holes so they have a complete story.
Ship? Ha, well our ships don't exactly come in what you'd call standard sizes. They're more...individualized. My birth is on the Epitomy, 'tho. That good enough for you?
How did you write your AAR, crusader? Just to compare styles. I play normally, maybe pause more often to get a good picture, and then watch the replay and document my events. and take more pictures. similar to what you do?
I agree later on allegiance, but this (for me) is the original charter. When the TO consisted of 20 planets and they were trying to expand. (20 making up the Central Worlds) As the TO expanded to include hundreds of systems, yes they would have to change their representation policy. (im thinking one rep for every corporation. corporations eventually replace separate planet governments. i can explain that later, but for this charter i dont think the time period works for it) [quote who
[ITS ALIVVEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a new character ready to be mind-gamed, but his name will be kept secret until he is revealed in the story. So whatever this character tells you may or may not be true. Need to flesh this one out tho! There is possible one person on the forums who will know the true identity of this character, but he won't tell ! Thats an order. Ok, begin ur guessing!] [p.s., we're all pretty rusty at this so let's start slowly. see how long this c
It is red tape. I guess. Its government, after all! Not supposed to be streamlined. But no, I believe the TO would have a standard term length.
excellent work, those last two chapters. some of the dialogue needs a bit of work, but it was very good
its on my to-do list. after finishing the advent intro. and redoing the vasari intro. and the point when the Trade Order sanctions the creation of the TEC. i think its after that.
Hazard- Entrenchment doesn't take away from vanilla sins, it just adds more to it. and if u like defense, i would start with entrenchment (really no need to open vanilla sins after that!). When you play with pirates, however, remember that since you are the only one in the map every (i think 5 minutes or so) they will attack u. if u dont place money on urself (and y would u place bounty on urself?) they'll only be small raiding parties, and a single capital ship should be able to take care of
No they must also have some guidelines about religon. Possibly atheism? Or you can't be a fanatic and even if you contribute to the TO, out you go. It's possible TO didn't like religon and abolished it. The TO was allowed to attack pirates who raided them, th TO's response to the Vasari were frigates that were converted to fight pirates. Much like how the pirates converted the TEC ships into their own.
<p
...which brings me to 8- If a planet is expelled from the Trade Order, it can apply for membership again, but only once it has met all the necessary requirements. (so far its only 70% approval rating) BUT the Council can still decide that the planet is more trouble than its worth and deny it membership (again, 2/3 vote yea or nay)
After all current goverment each goverment sets up their representaves and ambassadors. You could put a limit if you want I just dont any reason too. Each sepreate goverment should regulate their own ambassadors.
It's not an ambassador thing, its a representative thing. Like any government job, there's a term which consists of a period of years before it is up for reelection. The person presiding in that position can be vot
Well, lets break down the current principals you have: 1. sounds right. 2. There was no wars all disputes were setted in Court. (But still sounds like something just incase.) 3. I dont think the Trade Order could attack anything untill the TEC. 4. Sound resonable, but Im not sure if that was a problem till the Vasari showed up. 5. The one representive sounds good, though I would think how lon
Oh yes I definitely agree to that.
I feel like there wouldn't be much of a difference between learning from entrenchment and vanilla sins. True, entrenchment has starbases and mines and anti-structure ships and such but... what I recommend for new players (cause it REALLY helps u out) is to start a small map just by yourself, without any enemies, and just go through colonizing all of it. And read what everything does, and pretty much learn the basics. No pressure, no time table, just you and...you. I would go through t
I feel like they would have a distinct set of rules. The Trade Order was focused on profits, but I don't think they let just anyone in.
So I've been wondering... (and needing for my Sins story Sinners ) what the conditions were for planets wishing to be accepted into the Trade Order. (careful, NOT the Trader Emergency Coalition, the Trade Order , before the TEC). Here's what I've come up with, hopefully not too closely copied from the Charter of the United Nations, but I could really use some Sins community help. (I will, however, make the final judgements on what should
