Calleen, your taking TDN out of context. It is only found in ONE place. If it signified Unification and everyone coming together then youd find it EVERYWHERE. Basically right now, your arguing that TDN is another name for TEC. Because TEC is what the Military for the TO is called.
Not all of us who think network think this way.

All right I admit I might have taken the worse ones and put them down there...but it was for a good cause. R.I.P. Network 2009-forever wait, no R.I.P. L.I.P.
well...this took up a good chunk of my time. and now i feel vented. do u feel that i vented? good. All you proved was that Allegiance is an asshole. I think we knew that already. Also that he doesn't use paragraphs, which is exceedingly hard to read.
oh i was trying to show the difference between the people going for network and those going for navy (not all of the quotes were allegiance!) and he
chillllll allegiance! ok, u do make a good, reasonable point, albeit the darts at people who believe otherwise. honestly, we who say network r being a whole lot less assholey about the whole thing. we are not shutting down the other side. we are not insulting the other side. we are not demanding the other side differs to our viewpoint. we are merely stating what we believe and why. you do that, and then u do those other things i just mentioned. please keep it polite, u get lots more p
it'd better, seeing as ur my only remaining fan [e digicons]:andrew:[/e]

For those of you still following.... there will be a new chapter appearing on November 11th. Veteran's Day, if you didn't know. It will highlight the Trader traditions on this day, known to them as Survival Day.

I remember somewhere (on some news interview with blair) that they said they were implementing different battle types (instead of plain old sandbox) and I know they mentioned adding the user-created dome mod as a full-fledged option ingame. I don't know if they scrapped that or not. Anyone have more news on that?
Well until diplomancy comes out....where I'm hoping we'll get another insight on the lore besides the current diplomancy video...or just the new info on the new diplomatic ship and technologies. how theyd work and such. until then.......we're out [e digicons][/e]

Why would it be quite likely? Everything we know about the Vasari says their entire race is based on enslaving others. It would be very very unlikely.
Well maybe the vasari where developing a superior nanite. And when it was finished some rebel hacker was able to hack their system and plant a virus into the nanite? Grtz, Flipkik
Rebel hacker from where? Some subjugated planet? No way they'd be allowed anywhere near technology (or technology linked with the vasari database), just to prevent this sort of thing. a rebel vasari? ......maybe
Ok thanks volt! Yeah ryat, politics isnt really my speciality either. im using the treaty of versailles and other such treaties (as well as constitutions and stuff) to put together one for the Trade Order. NOT easy tho. and i no ill forget things that u guys will pick up.
anyone. anyone hav any input at all.
Yeah I think we all agree that the thing chasing the Vasari is some rogue nanites. I'm reasonably sure the discussion now is how those nanites came to be. Haven't really been following this portion of the thread [e digicons]:|[/e]
What would be awsome, and would help discourage or neutralize some of the need to smurf, is if random maps could have the starting positions assigned to each team. Like aggressive players on flanks, support inside of them and ecos in middle. Might establish a dynamic within the game of "position players" and smurfs wouldn't find the need to go undercover as much.
that would be nice.
I have a rather important question. What exactly are the terms to becoming a member planet in the Trade Order? Also, have the terms changed from the Trade Order to the TEC? (are some things not longer needed, are other things added) I haven't given this much thought yet, but here are the first few that I think would head the list. 1.) A member planet will not assault or be involved in an assault on another member planet. 2.) A member planet will not assault a nonmember
The new Chapter 2, part 3: The Family is completed. You can find it at the top of page 2 of this thread. There has also been some slight changes to Chapter 2, part 2. There's no need to reread it, I'll just summarize the changes here. Instead of Portugal Lee Gibbings having glowing eyes (as the Advent do) when Harrison first meets him, his eyes are normal. The Advent, when they are not using PsiTech, have normal eyes. Their eyes glow pure white in varying degrees depending on
Protevs can carry 500 people...certainly enough to show the nonmember planet that they are worth the Trade Order's time. But I can't agree with you on the human arrogance thing. Here are the steps that led to meeting the Advent, or "Family." 1.) T.O. finds an unknown, heavily colonized planet. T.O. could still be superior. 2.) Psychic attack hits the ship. T.O. is disoriented and confused. 3.) Unknown entity hacks into secure T.O. radio transmissions and makes
they've also said (in the FAQs [e digicons][/e] ) that Sins lore is planned far into the past (10,000 years ago) but also FAR INTO THE FUTURE. makes me really excited to think that the devs might eventually reveal these future things to us [e digicons][/e]
