I have read the "readme" file and I am confused. it says...Place the folders located in: [For You Games Directory] here:- ...Steam/steamapps/common/Galactic Civilizations 3 (Or where ever you installed the game) Overwrite when prompted. Just drop it in the GALCiv3 folder? anywhere? Thanks

Galactic Wonders in Twilight of the Arnor GalCiv2 Forums

I have just purchased and began playing TotA. Why are the other races building Galactic Wonders within the first 18 months of the game? I have even tried playing with only one race as a "FOOL" intelligence and they still build Galactic Wanders within 18 months. How is it the other races can build such things so fast? Is this a bug in the new game?
