Question about Rainmeter in Customization Software WinCustomize Forums

Hi Im New here,but i hope that im posting in the right area.I have downloaded rainmeter and its really a great prog.But I dont know what I can do so that rainmeter starts automatically when Windows starts. Is there any alternatives to rainmeter?Because im looking for something which shows my HDD,Ram,CPU(Quadcore) and so on like in Rainmeter..... Im using Windows XP Prof SP2 I hope that you can help me.
