Can you play this game windowed not full screen? in Game Talk GalCiv2 Forums

I am thinking about picking up the game, and (shhhh, don't tell anyone) would probably want to play it on slow days at work. That being said, I would need to run it windowed to keep it small enough that I could block view to the screen. ;) Does that game support that before I chunk down my $60? Thanks for your help!
