On a constructive note, MS Paint is probably as good a way as any to get an idea of the basics. Paint Shop Pro is good and user friendly. The Gimp is a sophisticated program and while free it has a steep learning curve. Photoshop is the industry standard and is priced at that level. PSP8.1 is a bit new and flakey right now .... not much in the way of tutorials around just yet. PSP7.4 is good enough, just punch PSP7 tutorials into a Google search, plenty out there and you can use them as a basis for PSP8.

Don't send any error reports to Microsoft .... WB4 or WB3 ... either or shouldn't stop you downloading. Nuke your existing WB and do a clean install, if you 'upgraded' to XP over a previous Winders then it is probably the way to go. [Message Edited]
