Joe, I think you will have to register your company name with the appropriate Government Department. Out here (in very round numbers!) it cost me something like A$1500.00 to register our company and our domain name, the last is renewed every two years, and there are several other smaller charges as well. Call me stupid (not all at once thank you) but I always ask what sort of experience they have had, and generally it is with plastics from the large Japanese 'shake 'n bake' brand, as in open box, throw in paint and glue, shake box and voilà!
