interesting concept! I like it. I feel like 2x creeps would over take 1x creeps really quickly, but maybe with demigods it would be alright. very interesting

Trigeminal (whenever I say your name in my head, it always comes out Trigemal), brilliant idea. like seriously brilliant.
I'd like to add to this: What if war score simply unlocked the upgrades for each particular level, which you still purchased with gold? Just like gaining a level with your demigod unlocks a skill, which you spend a skill point on to get. This is actually what I thought Tyo meant, but maybe I'm wrong, in which case, I'm just making a suggestion...
Isn't that what
i think his skills work pretty well together. His DoTs are good to use right before you use the grip on him. I usually turn on Ooze, walk up and spit on the DG im after, then grip him so he has 2 DoTs on him while he's stunned (spit and ooze) and then finish him off with bestial wrath. You just need to buy a lot of HP regen items and you are golden. oh, and sometimes I'll start with bestial wrath with my ooze on so I don't feel like the health drain is wasted, but if you don't have yo
depends on how you build him i suppose. And TB in fire mode is pretty deadly for DGs I've trashed both with me TBvReg and me RegvTB.
don't forget that the towers are a good combo with structural transfer. (or at least a combo)
no worries, there's too many topics to keep track of them all. Mine might not even be the first one! :-P
if u can't do something alone, get someone to help. I think its part of the strategy in that case.
i think thats a raelly cool aspect, because eventually those teams will have to face each other, besides, you don't know when someone might double cross someone else.

The more I play beta 2, the more i think paying gold for upgrades is the better option. But I just feel that it works pretty well, and I can't yet compare it to a war score, so maybe we should give the score a try. I'm happy with upgrading using gold though.
Wouldn't that mean that every time you unlocked a certain war rank, you'd have a set number of points to spend since your spendable points and rank are both based on the same score? I guess its not really a problem, but I feel like the rank and how much you've accumulated to spend on upgrades should be independent. but maybe that's just me.
grats
I'd wait for a dev to respond tho, don't take my word for it
maybe war rank goes up after, say, 1000 points. creeps give 1 point per kill and demigods 10? or maybe you get a point every second for each flag under your control?
A fine edition Teseer a fine edition.
*cough* addition *cough*
the first beta they let people in for a week after the release, but they have made no mention of it this time, so i don't know.
k, thx a bunch, Ill try it!
Now I'm again in a hard game, stuck at a planetary battle I can't win. It's "Mauna Roa Beaches" under new maps. I'm trying for at least 5 hours, but there are just two outcomes: 1) eiher green robots keep one robot production facility in the upper right corner, and sooner or later simply flood the map with about 20 robots they can have, or 2) they lose everything in the upper right corner, and if I manage to organize proper defenses, they lose wave after wave afte
there is a >99% chance that it will. We only say that it's not 100% because anything could happen. A meteor could crash on the Earth and vanquish all life and we wouldn't want to disappoint anyone because the beta wasn't released.
but we can already change their income by capturing their flag. The guys running around with money are all going to be going from the flag to the base, right? so wouldn't that mean you would have to go past the flag to attack them? why not just capture it? I'm personally not for the idea, I don't really see what could be gained (besides more stuff for the computer to process).
Well think of it this way, after tomorrow this thread won't have much meaning, so we're keeping it alive by starting new topics. How's that?
don't you get more money for killing things? aka n00bs won't get as much if they can't kill as much. Also capping flags? If a 'n00b' can cap a flag as easily as someone who is a 'pro' ... is he really a n00b? A 'Pro,' if he's that much better, should be able to stop him, shouldn't he?
besides, demigod can only give, not recieve.
it can recieve updates! I like updates!
Thinking back on it, i remember it ending up being 59.95 and I don't think I ever figured out what it was. Or maybe I did and forgot. Either way, thanks!
