Reply to desktop manger not running in Animated Wallpapers WinCustomize Forums

I have Windows Vista I keep getting "The desktop window manager is not running, deskscape requires the desktop window manager (uxsms) service to be running to function"... I tryed the following "Start/Run/typed in Services.msc" then i restarted desktop manager. But i keep getting the same message manager is not running, any sugestions.
