Just to confirm - I have had the same systray issue, running vista 64 and build 538. I had not updated any of the stardock software or run SDC or Impluse. I've just used SDC to 'update' to the latest release (turning off beta's) and then after restarting I turned betas back on and updated to 537, and now everythings back to normal.
