No. Re-installing does NOT resolve the issue. I paid for Start and I don't get to use it unless I every time I boot up, I got to the Task manager and force it to run. Anytime the system reboots, the Services tab lists Star10 as "Disabled" again. I'm not buying anything from Stardock in the future unless they start providing actual tech support for their products.

Start 10 Used to work just fine, but after a recent Windows update, the OS is blocking it. Also, every time I go in and tell the OS to run it, I get Start 10, but just for that one session. Once I reboot, it goes back to blocked, as-in not running. I even renewed my subscription to this software that I bought despite it not having even been a year yet, reinstalling all of it, but Windows 10 is still blocking the actual running of Start 10.
