Thank you Goa! Big fan of 4x, actually just finished downloading the Rebellion compatible packs.

That's a great alternative really. Thanks for mentioning it!
Hi all. I just got Rebellion last night and I noticed a function that was absent in Trinity. When setting up a single player game in Trinity, you could leave yourself as the only player in that game, no AI needed. I used this if I wanted to test something with a faction and not have to worry about being harassed by an enemy, no stress, could take my good old time. So when I got Rebellion the first thing I wanted to do was start a game with a single faction on the map and just test new feature
Damnit somebody please let us know if this is alive or dead lol!
You guys should look at SolCommand's stuff, there's a topic up with some models he released publicly, on his blog he said to contact him if you need a model done, there was even an eezo extractor model i think, maybe he'd be willing to help and be a project modeller
I found this on the Mass Effect Wiki under Alliance Navy. Does anyone recognize this or where it might've come from, because I don't remember seeing it anywhere: Dreadnoughts The Alliance has two dreadnought classes currently in service, the older Everest class and the newer Kilimanjaro class. The Everest class is an 888-meter dreadnought with
It makes me really happy to hear you say that's how the combat will be. I definitely don't want to see tiny frigates dying from a dreadnought slug because they're too slow. So does this mean that ships will have a main gun for long range and then GARDIAN lasers for close-up anti-fighter/frigate fire?
Ok, I understand that now then. But this raises a question for me then, is ship combat in this mod going to work like Mass Effect combat does (from what we know from the codex details and other sources) or will ship combat work more like Sins?I think they work somewhat differently and I was wondering if we'll see changes, if it's even possible.
I don't know if I fully understand a7on's list of ships. It seems a little arbitrary.
That's a good point about enemies. The geth are an option always, the "Heretics." Batarians, or a faction labeled as the Terminus Systems might be an option. Personally with the storyline of Mass Effect 2 out I would recommend the Collectors as an option. As for Destiny Ascension, I wouldn't doubt it if Joker was downtalking it, his character loved the Normandy so much. But yeah I'm pretty sure I saw it somewhere on the wiki that it's supposed to have as much firepower as the rest of
Wow, shows how little I know lol, I didn't even know there was that concept art book out til you mentioned it and I looked around on the web for it. I'm gonna have to check it out in more detail if it has starship designs in there like it's advertised to. Ugh I need to pay more attention to the extras that come out for Mass Effect.
If you want an Avatar strategy game, try the mod that's out for Medieval 2 Total War, search around for it on www.twcenter.net
Two thumbs up to Vipervenom for starting a new discussion to seriously talk about this mod. The Mass Effect universe is too interesting and developed in story for Sins to ignore. I'm no modder but as a Mass Effect fan and someone who would play this kind of a mod, I'd also like to contribute my thoughts if no one objects to hearing them. K, well first off, on instinct I really like the idea of converting wormholes into a mass relay network. It's the most logical option in order to inc
