Reply to Retrieve Password function not working in Technical Sins Forums

I have been having the same problem. I can remember my password but not my user name :P. When I went to the site to try and retrieve my info a internet explorer message pops up that says 'SendLostPassword'failed then has a 500 below that message. If its a IE problem does anyone know what I need to get to fix it? If it is a problem with the servers is there somewhere else I can go to retrieve my user name? Thanks for the help, love the game. Reminds me alot of my favorite game PaxImp
