Star Assault not Downloading in Games Support Stardock Forums

Hi I have a issue with Error Not Downloading for this game to :-( Have uninstalled virus checkers / fire walls Reinstalled impulse but this game refuses to download on server 1 or 2 or using the alternative download method :-(

i have opened a ticket to but mine is for a new game i bought Star Assault it just will not download (error retreving data ) uninstalled my v checker / firewall uninstalled impulse which would then not reinstall downloaded the full install this installed but it only seams to be my game that will not download :-( and it was my only day off this week to and i cant play it :P
