Any win 98 SE changes to desktop available??? in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I can c that this site cators to the new Xp but are there any downloads for desktop, icon, start etc available to use on my system. I certainly enjoyed viewing the wonderful skins on this site. But i want to enjoy them too and i do not intend in the near future to upgrade to Windows Xp. My computer is a HP Pavillion 6638 . I just want to know if anything is available. I am new to wincustom and so far i love everything about the software. I do not fully understand how to download the themes and basically everything. How come this site does not have a HELP section to understand how to use the different sections of this website? I would appreciate the time and effort. Email me at [email protected].
