I agree with Brimo, it is a little light on specific information... As i have been a subscriber for a number of years now i just chose the Renew option and i just got a new download of Stardock Central? There is nothing to indicate anything Object Desktop 2007 related anywhere? When its said that Object Desktop 2007 is now released what does that mean for me? SDC looks the same as it was before i renewed. When a user buys Object Desktop

Hi Koasati, i see you around here a lot, you got some good stuff to say and i like your pixelwork too, well done Yes, for all of my docks the "Automatic distance..." box is checked. Would you think that (or having it unchecked) might cause the problem i was having earlier? There seems to be something up with the relationship between docks and the Window

Hi... Back in April when OD 1.3 was released ( see link to thread below ), i posted a problem ( see posts 24, 25, 26 and 32 of thread ) i was having with the docks on the bottom of the screen "jumping" or "shifting" upwards about 30px on the screen anytime a new icon was added to, or taken away to/from the dock by a program etc... https://www.wincustomize.com/articles.aspx?SID=1&AID=114699&c=1#89

Hey man chill, have you not seen all the messages and articles saying how short staffed they are etc...? Im sure they will get back to you when they can... Particular members of the team get 1000's of Emails a day so now and combine that with the rest of the variables that delay things and i think youll find that they are doing quite a good job and that a slight delay every so often is not really that big a deal... With respect... <br

Hi Ronan - can you check the versioning to make sure it is in fact the most recent copy that you're using? In the about dialog it's Build #526 for the latest ObjectDock Plus. (or 525 for the free) Not seeing either of those bugs, just tried having a zooming and tabbed dock both in various positions/various offsets and

Yeah i had a thought about such a thing when i posted this topic a few months ago. I was trying to find out where the battery icon thing is on my pc, as in, the image files have to be somewhere in my file system. I was hoping to find them and replace them with my own, but i didnt have any luck... Is that what you mean by the API or SDK stuff? Ro

OK, every so often this comes up for me. Its a feature i would absolutely LOVE to see in OD+. It would make my complete replacement of the Windows Start Bar & System Tray complete. Seeing as we are in the midst of major updates in OD+ i thought i owuld bring it up again and see if its fruitful. I assume most people know what i am talking about but ill go through it again just in case... Go back to a time when there was no such thing as O

Hello again, im just DLing the latest update to hopefully solve the seperator thing! Well done on the swift attention to that... I wanted to just mention something else i had noticed with my PC which initially i didnt think had anything to do with ObjectDock but now im not so sure. Here goes... Lets say "It appears" that since the most recent update of OD -BEFORE- the BETA, my startup time has increased significantly. Then the

So im wondering what is meant by "Start Menu Fully Supported" in the first image in the first post? I cant find any options to do with that... Ive been using Andreas V's Start Menu docklet for yonks now but if theres a built in thing going on then i would like to have a look! Ro

Ooh i cant wait to download it, but its crawling at less than 1 Byte per second! But hey...what can you expect with such a rockin product!!! Worth the wait im sure... I did notice that bug in the BETA too by the way, and also anytime an application added an icon to the system tray dock, the dock itself jumped up about 30px on the screen, with the dividers stuck on the bottom... I know it used to be possible a couple of years ago... Id really like to get rid of some of the libraries that i never use instead of having to scroll down to the ones i need the whole time, ive been looking around to find somewhere to do it and i cant seem to find it... And in case anyone suggests it i have tried using the WC Browser but thats been doing my head in... Keeps crashing when i update libraries and is very slow... Ronan

Hello again... I think i may have been a bit hasty earlier in some stuff i said, im ultimately very hard to please and if the slightest thing is "wrong" (using the term very lightly) with something i make a rash decision and bail... When it comes to skins, i am a pain in the hole, DogmaX is the first skin in about 5 years that ive actually stuck with, followed from early releases and continually used on my desktop, which at this point is mon

@ Cavan1 - Thank you for your input, i understand a bit more clearly whats happening now i think... However, and lets talk about me pesonally for now, a few weeks ago i DLd WB5, excited by the prospect of transparency. When i installed it i went directly to brewmans DogmaX skin as its a favourite i have been using for months. I loaded it up looking forward to the beautiful glassy transparent border https://www.wincustomize.com/Preview.aspx

By the way, i am not having a go at Stardock in any way about this, im just totally intrigued by the issue and am baffled why there arent more people experiencing the issue... I find that i learn a huge amount from threads like this, such is the greatness of forums such as these! Ronan

Incidentally, the firt time i downloaded it, it was from the purchase Email, the second time was from Stardock Central...if that makes any difference. The problems im having seem to be identical in either case. I got Windows XP SP2 going on also...in case that matters... Ro
