Reply to Pirate on ebay in Sins of a Solar Empire Stardock Forums

Cheers for replies, been away all weekend. The seller says i can have a refund if i send it back to him. Which brings up a second issue of location; the seller said the item was in the UK, but it was actually in the US. So i'm not going to bother sending it back, and it would probably be unethical to do so. I'll report him instead. Who knows i might get some compensation from paypal. Can i leave him negative feedback? Or will he return the favour?

Hi, I think i use ebay too much, cause i picked up the game on the cheap and thought nothing of it. Alarm bells should of been ringing. Got it this morning and safe to say it looks highly suspect! PC-CD-ROM(Not DVD) in the top left corner, Russian writing all over it etc.... What do i do? Do i report him/her? Or ask for a full refund first. Cheers Senj
