i remember a similar set-up in that strip of trees behind our house in missouri. there was a vine that would swing you out of a hole in the trees out over the field that our baby tried to burn down. i'll never forget the day that vine broke, and we watched our buddy sail out into that field. lucky he didn't kill himself. the very next day we had a rope and a big stick to replace the vine. it's amazing what you can entertain yourself with when you aint to smart! i love that guy too. i think that generation had something that a lot of us will never get back. guts. i can't tell you how many times leon shocked me by just building something. if he saw a problem, he would just make a tool to fix it. he showed me many times how to do certain things, but i too am chicken sometimes to just jump in and do it. i wish grampa were here too, for a lot of reasons. keep em' coming dad.
