If you've played the Alpha, you'll notice a lot of things on that list aren't in the game yet: United Planets, Galactic Resources, Galactic Events, Ship Design, Combat Viewer, Cultural Conquest, Asteroid fields*, Invasion tactics, Fleet combat dec

In the Mini Manual that was posted by Yarlen, he said that " However, with this initial Galactic Civilizations III alpha, we have many features disabled or hidden and that results in game flow issues that will not be in future builds." What exactly has been hidden/disabled from this first build?

After playing through a quick game of Galactic Civilizations III, here's some feedback. -The "Done" buttons are very misleading. A "Begin Research" or "Begin Building" button would make the UI a lot more user friendly, although slightly more cluttered. -Ships have to be "Ejected" from planets. If I select a ship from the list of ships on the UI, I should be able to move it freely from a planet. -Some textures fail to generate, such as

What in the hell do you even need that much power for? I can't think of anything outside of professional 3D modeling that would actually utilize most of what you have. You rich bastard! :3[/quote] Well, I had been running a single 770 since the card came out, and it was starting to see some f

Yes yes, I know what everybody will say: "Its going to take up so much processing power" Thats why you have a graphics menu where you can disable stuff. But having persistent debris in a gravity field can be pretty fun to see, scrolling over to a planet you conquered, only to see the engines and a hull skeleton from a Kol Battleship that you destroyed. But, save it for when Sins 2 gets moved to a front burner.

So, the game has been out for almost a year now, and no one has publicly said exactly what's chasing the Vasari. Supposedly, we were to figure it out the same day the game came out, according to an interview long long ago. So my question is, why the hell haven't we hard anything?

Yes. Please update us. I eagerly await the day to come home, only to find a package sitting on my porch. I think to my self, "Why ever would there be a package," Only to have to mop up my floor after opening the package from Stardock.
