download failed?? in MyColors Stardock Forums

Okay so I downloaded my colors and paid for the anaheim ducks theme but when i launch my colors and it tries to install it, it goes back and forth between queued and download waiting and then jumps to download failed, why??

Okay so I downloaded and installed my colors and bought the anaheim ducks theme, put in the seral number and it validated it but when it trys to download it, it goes back and forth between queue and download waiting then to failed after awhile. I'm running windows vista 32
