Can i use desktopX to install litestep? in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

What i need to use litestep or winstyle? Desktop X will all this programs messup my windows? and start getting stupid errors? cuz this is the 3rd time i do a Factory restore, Disk Defrag and Install Win XP on my PC..lol dont ask why lol

ahhhhhhhh how i install them cursors??i downloaded them..then i went to mouse and that area to browse for cursors..went to were i had them saved...but it doesnt recognize them as cursors what i do?
