Whats up with "WEATHER INFORMATION UNAVAILABLE" in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

I just recently installed vista inspirat and the weather docklet just says, "weather information unavailable" apparently many people are experiencing this same problem. If anyone can offer a solution I would be very grateful. Also I herd of a newer version of vista inspirat, where can I get it? P.S. I am a novice when it comes to this so if you could be very specific and use simplified terms I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time and considera
