I ran Registry Mechanic, and it's just fine now. Just rebooting didn't help. Thank you all for the assistance!

I now have 4 dragons, rising up my start menu. None of them breath fire. So sad! I think it happened about the time Stardock fixed the RIP 2007 Theme.
