Reply to Registration Key Information Not Provided In Auto-Email Responses in Stardock Support General Stardock Forums

Ugh. This is annoying. Trying to retrieve my Multiplicity serial, it's not showing in impulse at all but the email gives me a link to the pro version with no serial attached (it used to). I've done as suggest here and nothing. I've emailed support 4 days ago with not a single response.
