How good is this PC that youve put together? If it can "run MOST games okay" then Id say youve gotten a real bargain at 405$ total... Also, the question still stands:
If there are no missing graphics or visual errors, but the game simply runs at a snail's pace, the problem is the processor right?
I should have been more specific. If there are no missing graphics or visual errors, but the game simply runs at a snail's pace, the problem is the processor right?
The idea is that... well here let me show you: Party A consists of 60 people Candidate a1 has 35 people while a2 has 25 Party B consists of 40 people b1 has 39 while b2 has 1 Youll notice even though Party A outnumbers B, B wins. Here is what I propose. No votes=half of normal vote. Heres what ends up happening: A= 60 (has 30 negative votes) B= 40 (has 20 negative votes) This is what happens: a

So, with this Star Ruler game that I want to be able to player with thousands of systems, that would mean I would have to go for a better processor right? Since it at least runs, that means it meets all the video card requirements and therefore wont benefit in performance from a better video card right, and therefore I need a better processor right?

All of these features are entirely optional anyways. All of these features take away from certain elements of the game, and therefore make the game lose some strategic and "gameplay immersion" elements, however, the trade off is that it requires the player to think differently and therefore replace the lost
Yes, there are already some new victory conditions announced, but I want more additions to game options: Larger fleet sizes: The idea is that it makes it easier to punch through planet defenses therefore eliminating a huge amount of time that would have been spent trying to get around them or fighting them. Able to set tech level: It would make for faster games if the player could set a permanent tech level not dependant on tech buildings and such. Ultra quick start: Y

I played the demo, and I plan to get the game sometime. So I was wondering if there was some sort of mod out there that allows you to kill/incapacitate/wound/etc enemies. I mean, if I have to play the game without such a mod I'd be perfectly happy, but I feel like no horror game should just have zero combat. I mean, if it were just a sucky flintlock pistol with very little ammo, or some kind of melee weapon that was pretty hard to use effectively then that would be enough for me.<
By correcting him, you effectively "told him off". Whether you meant it in a mean way or a constructive way is another matter entirely. Anyways, I knew what you meant (you meant to be constructive), so this doesnt need further discussion.
