Since I'm back in school again, things ain't changed at all. Again, exhausted at the end of the classes, ignoring the teachers, sleeping in the bus............... ZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz A friend of mine that studies medicine told me that It's just a phase. He said that it's unusual to sleep 14 hours in this phase I've got and that this could be related to stress. Only stress I got is the school. I guess this is it, but I haven't visited a doctor a while, so my ne
Last time he surrendered i just hit keep playing, he still had colony ships and he had 3 planets colonized. Maybe he ran out of money to get the homewolrd upgrade.
Or he was too lazy to play [e digicons][/e] Seriously, those AI's are bit boring.

Everything that has been posted here tells me that: 1. Probably is some phase that I'm going through 2. It will pass (I hope) 3. It's in the genes, I know that because me, my dad, grandfather, even my sister, we all sleep about 14 hours, no matter day or night 4. I'm gonna die old enough to see my grandsons sleeping 14 hours a day For me, this is a happy ending
I'm wondering if I have sleep apnea or if this is just the result of spending years in jobs that had me bouncing between day and night shifts several times a week.
Could be that if you feel like crap almost every day. Time shifting sucks, I have a neighbor that works time-shifted and he's literally slo-mo every day.
It frustrates the hell out of me because I don't drink alcohol, don't use over-caffeinated energy junk, and have an alarm loud enough to anno
But what I've found does work is to have a human being wake me up. Sometimes I'd have people call me but they'd always have orders to call me multiple times.
Hmmm... Interesting, but people will have to spend fortune for waking me up
The best, though, is to have somebody come into your room and force you to get up. A girlfriend works best if at all possible
And yes, this is the best. Usually my mom wakes me up for school. Last year
Are you in both good mental and physical health? Do you fulfill your daily requirements for minerals and vitamins?
Yep. Eating 3 times a day, lots of water and juice. I am working out almost every day, but not excessively, I stop as soon as I get tiired. About mental activities, I'm not sure if walking down the street with my dog counts. It's incredibly relaxing though!!
Part of your tiredness and over sleeping could be just from your age. When i was your age I slept 12 hours at a time when i could. I think with all that your body is going through it naturally wants more rest. I think the first response was dead on too, that your body wants what it keeps getting. Eating habits and sleeping habits seem to have this in common. Another thing you might consider is that you have sleep apnea. This is when you actually stop brething while you sleep
PPS. Up until AFTER these screenshots I had no way of taking any hostile planets, Harmony only means the only fighting vessels I have are the Scout and the Disciple. Now I have a fleet of 180 Disciples and about 4-5 Purge frigates. Im still losing but soon my Crusader research will finish and then these AI's will learn the hard way... I hope.
I'm sure it will pay off if the AI's don't have their elite cruisers. Good luck.
If you drink almost every night, you're going to end up in a constant state of fatigue or drowsiness.
I drink only for the weekends and some special occasions (mostly birthdays)
For those interested in sleep deprivation; http://www.psychiatrictimes.com/display/article/10168/54471
OMG [e digicons]:omg:[/e] Great news everybody!!! Yesterday I went to bed at 5 am and I'm awake now, that is 1:30 pm. I'm guessing this is an improvement. Or?
I once read in the news about a woman who had falled asleep in her bed and woke up later standing in the parking lot of a supermarket while loading groceries into her car.
I guess that was my momma...
A week I spent without sleeping
Man you are crazy!! A week? Damn you're good. I can't even hold my eyes opened for 12 hours.
There's nothing strange about falling asleep standing. Well.. odd, maybe. But not strange. If you had narcolepsy, you'd fall asleep randomly (or near-randombly). It's quite hilarious to watch.
So that means I'm half-sick yeyeyeyeye [e digicons][/e] v Or not [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e]
hmm, i'd consult your doc, they should be able to diagnose ya (or send you to a sleep specialist or whatever they are called) <br
do u fall asleep while standing up? I knew some people with narcalepsy who had problems where they would just fall asleep no matter what they were doing unless they had regular naps
Well, yes. I often do that in the bus on my way to school if there is no seat available. I remember, last year the bus was about 2 miles close to my house and I've done that. Next thing, I'm waking up about 4 miles away and I've been driving in the bus about 1 and a half an hou

Well, first of all, if your goal in the game are the achievements, play against normal or eventually easy. On the screenshots you look f**ked. How the f**k the yellow guy got the desert planet and keeps blocking you? If you destroy it, you are clear to go for the the greens homeworld. The fleet that is at the plasma clouds, send it to the asteroid above it. At the ice planet you have outnumbered the AI, but only with frigates? Research Illums, Destra and drone hosts an
Well since you mentioned schoold I take it your on the young side, so you will still have some time to go through some growth adjustments. Could just be a phase your goin through. Alarms suck for me to and no normal one will wake me. One thing I did is hook an auditorium loudspeaker to a clock radio. Put it far enough away that you have to get out of bed to get to it and point it at your head. If it doesn't get you roused whoever else is in the house will when they come rush
you just got to get an alarm and make its aburptly annying and loud. and when u go to sleep count like 6-8 hour later and set the alarm for that time.
I've tried the clock thing, but I keep turning off the alarm. Even the school ain't keeping me awake. Every time my alarm rings for school time, I'm turning it off and go back to bed.
You can force yourself into the so called "normal" sleep cycle, but even after 20 years my body still hates it and whenever

Can anybody tell me how can I control my sleeping time? Yesterday I went to bed at 11 pm. This morning I woke up in 3 pm... This is happening almost every day, except when I must go to school. But then, when I return home from school (2 pm), I'm having a lunch (2-2:30) and then I go to sleep and I sleep till 10 pm. Once again, I'm sleeping too much. My father is just the same... Can someone tell me what the f**k is happening with me? Is this some kind of a dise
