So... WindowBlinds do everything that MyColors do but better and more flexible?

I'm sorry if I may sound stupid, but what is the difference between this 2 applications? I have a copy of WindowBlinds and now I'm curious about this MyColors. In my point of view they both do the same thing? Or did I miss something? If anyone can explain it to me I would be thankful.
