I can also report having these same problems on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. In support of the original poster, I was running ObjectDock just fine on Windows 7 before receiving the upgrade to Windows 10. A fresh clean install of the program also doesn't seem to mitigate the issue.

Guys, I'm kinda panicking here about submission deadlines. I understand that IconPackager and WindowBlinds submissions are due by December 5th for the Most Usable and Most Original categories. However, does this mean that we have until next Thursday (the 11th) to submit for the Best Overall category?? Someone please explain, I would greatly appreciate it.
I have recently started using CursorFX along side with WindowBlinds. However, my cursor now goes behind some parts of my visual style, mainly being the borders of explorer windows, etc. I also tried changing the skin I've been using in WindowBlinds, but that didn't fix anything. I even went as far as reinstalling CursorFX and WindowBlinds, but still, I'm having this problem. I have noticed, though, that whenever I'm not using CursorFX (and using my regular cursor), this problem doesn't exist.
