Actually, never mind. I think the custom race got corrupted somehow because I deleted it and recreated it using the custom tech tree and it works fine now.

Game Crash When Using Custom Tech Tree in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Hi all, I've just recently started using the tech tree editor to play around with techs. I created a custom tech tree (basically the same as the Terran tech tree with a few additional techs) and when I set my custom race to use it and try to load a new game, the game crashes. I've tried using, say, just the Terran tech tree with the custom race and the game loads fine. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks.
