Like it or not, for good (there /are/ some good things about, it, somewhere.. somehow,) and ill - DRM is the way of the future. Despite what the article says, and even with this Fritz chip thingy, it will also be broken - and while no, I don't advocate that sort of thing - I /do/ have to admit, that it would be an interesting one to watch as it is. What's the future? mod chips for PCs? I don't know why, but stuff like this just doesn't get me worked up into a frenzy anyway.<

IPlural - I agree completely! Well, mostly! ^_^ Hrm, how far am I from WVa? Well, I'm not exactly /close/ I guess - it would really depend on where it's at. I just moved up to Columbia - so basically, I'm right between DC and Baltimore.

§tatic - I can't speak for XP, though I don't see why it wouldn't, but Windows 2000 will also run OS/2 console mode apps - don't forget that. ^_^ It has an OS/2 compatability layer just as it has a Win16 and DOS layer.

You know, IPlura - I still have my old copy of DesQView/X somewhere. I loved it, still do really. If you don't need R6 compatability, it works great as a little X workstation, too.
