About SSD: My pagefile is not on it, it's on the same hd than Users. I don't have problem with it, I just wonder if WB makes "writes" on SSD when a skin is applyed. I imagine it is the case.

oh, ok then. These files are on a hdd and not on my ssd (entire users folder on hdd).
Clean its registries and residues that hidden on c:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\...........etc. Personally,I couldn't wholly rely third party apps to remove necessary files that encumbers the smoothness of execution.
Quoting Island Dog, reply 20What search engine are you referring to? The ability to search for skins. If you type in skin names like 'Fabre' for instance, it will return 'No results found'. (*Tried to post image but forums won't let me?) If you Google Fabre Windowblind, you get the link to the WC page it is on. https://www.wincus
Not to complain, since I don't know what the maintenance was for, but the 'search' option is still severely broken. I like to use it when I want to find matching Rainlendars, docks, etc., and it's pretty hit and miss. Sometimes, nothing will come up at all and I use Google to find it, which refers me back to the page on WC where the skin is. Don't know if you all are aware of this or not or if it is something

Basically,it shouldn't that hard to remove as you would simply go to Control panel, then ran the "Add/ Remove Programs" applet. Still, should problem persisted,Ask.com does provide its own removable tool: http://help.ask.com/link/portal/30015/30018/Article/1/How-do-I-remove-the-Ask-com-Toolbar Or, you would like to read this post on communi

The recent built of Opera (v.16) got "affected" too. Impervious to be skinned?? Then what on earth the MS theme (.msstyles) is fine on it?? I am not talking about Chrome (the browser) exclusively, its WebKit engine that WB chose to ignore. [e digicons]X|[/e] ( Debating on IE or Firefox's sufficiency is off tangent.)

It seems on any WebKit engine browsers,WB is ignored it,except the title bar. What a shame, the native MS Style has no such pulchritudinous issue. [e digicons][/e]
Fences works and I like it. I wish I had a stupid hack tool like for Win XP to allow 3rd party themes.
Have you searched rightly,it does has one tool made this happened. Yes,I am talking about Win7. However,Windowblinds has brought lots of variabilities that MS style doesn't. Besides, there is no chance you would get support once that tool broke your system. [e digicons]:-"[/e]

I hope you did read product's brochure before you bought:" CursorFX is not compatible with Windows 8". Link: https://www.stardock.com/products/cursorfx/ It doesn't matter the free one is working fine on compatible range, the developer hasn't fine-tuned it for that environment -which in this case,WIndows 8 -therefore any issue will happen,yo

Those old skins should be meant that have UIS2 only,no per pixel frames. Xaphire does has per pixel frames, that's why it has no problem shown animated effect. [e digicons]v_v[/e]
