Can't get logonStudio to change my logon screen in LogonStudio Stardock Forums

Can anyone help me? I got a new laptop have been trying to apply a logon screen but nothing happens. My laptop is running Win7- 64bit. My old laptop I could change the logon screens but nothing happens with this new laptop.
