Bob and Tara are getting ready for bed. Tara is standing in front of a full-length mirror taking a hard look at herself. You know, dear, she says, I look in the mirror, and see an old woman. My face is all wrinkled, my boobs are barely above my waist, and my butt Is hanging out a mile. I've got fat legs, and my arms are all flabby.<BR

A man went to visit his 90 year old grandfather in a very secluded, rural area of Georgia. After spending the night, his grandfather prepared breakfast for him consisting of eggs and bacon He noticed a film -- like substance on his plate and he questioned his grandfather...."are these plates clean?" His grandfather replied, "Those plates are as cle
Hello thecat2000, Sorry about the issue with the Account page logging you out. This bug was reported Friday and is on out list of "to-do's" For the mean, once you login to the Account Page, click on the "Options" tab (at the top) and then (once that new page loads) click back on the "Vital Stats" tab. You should be okay from there. George
[DI] lMG0D5552666, Because you may have personal images (or skins you might upload and so on) are held with in a directory on our image server, we can only accept alphanumeric characters. Characters such as "[" or "]" become invalid since that is not a valid character for creating folders on the server. George
Hello LeegleechN, To answer your first question about the URL being absolute is because all of the images on WinCustomize point to our Image Server (images.stardock.com) which is a separate server. So doing a path such as "images/sitelogo.jpg" isn't possible. The second question about alternate styles isn'
Hello Guys, For the time being, as a quick fix until I look into the code to correct the issue, go to the My Account page, click on the Personal Information tab and login. Then click on the Options tab and click back over to the Vital Stats tab. This (for me anyway) seem to correct the issue with the logging out. I've tested it as well when doing updates on both of your two accounts, Steve & IL Duce with success doing things this way. I'll mak
Hello Steve & IL Duce, I will look into your two problems further. Thank you for bringing this issue (NickName taken) to our attention. On another note, the slow site speed is being addressed as well. Sorry for the inconvenience. George
Hello |Pyro|, Not to worry about all of the suggestions. We will be working on them soon. Right now, we are glued to getting WC back up to speed. We are in the process of trimming and streamlining the code. This is our main concern, but once this is out of the way we will work on the many little improvements on the site. Great suggestions by the way
Do you have cookies enabled and is WinCustomize on your "trusted" sites list? The icon may not be working because I think your name contains invalid characters. Not to worry |Pyro|, I'll look into your issue for you. Thanks in advance for your patients. George
Hello Kyhlwch, I'm testing the site in FireFox (0.9.2) I can't seem to duplicate your issue. If you could please, tell me what page you are viewing (or better still, send me an email with a screen shot at [email protected]) so I can determine how to fix the issue. Thank you Kyhlwch! George
Not to worry guys.. I'm working on the problems with other browsers as we speak. George
Hey Kazz0r, Could you email [email protected] from the email address you use to login with (or mention the email address you use, as well as your password) and let me know what page your on (the copy the URL from the Address bar) and some details about your system (what browser you are running and what version of browser). Thanks Kazz0r in advance for the info. If anyone else is having any trouble , please co
Hey Steve. Thanks for using WinCustomize. What you are noticing is not a bug and actually it's due to caching. When you rate a skin, your rating goes in to a queue. This queue may take a minute to update. During this process, if you refresh the page before it actually gets rated, there is some overlap. Not to worry if you happen to rate the same skin again be
Hello Ande! Thank you for posting. Quick question for ya. If you where given a choice as to what color you would like the background to be, what color would it be? If possible, please be specific such as mentioning any RGB values, or a Hex values. In addition, you may like to make a mock up so we can get an idea of what people, such as your self in the commu
I hope everyone (or at least most) like the new look better over the last. I'm enjoying the changes that we are making and the best parts are yet to come..
Wow, those look great! Excellent detail on these smileys! These are much needed improvement. Speaking of improvement! I can't wait to show you guys the new site design!
Not to worry about the theme color/design of the site. We've taken your suggestions and are working hard on a new design. "We have the technology to rebuild this [website]! We can build [it] faster, stronger..." -- The 6 Million Dollar [website] *insert cheesy theme song here*
Great Job guys! We are considering your ideas and again, thanks to everyone who have taken the effort and posted ideas! Excellent job!
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Go Tiggz! Go Tiggz! :D
Yes, Ande. In fact, that is on the list of things to do. ;)
Hello *Meow??* , You mentioned you're getting an error when you click on 'My Account'. If you could, please try and remember exactly what error it was as well as any steps you've done that led up to the error. Also, do you still get this error? Thanks *Meow??* in advance for all of your information. Everyone benefits from your feedback. ;) We do appreciate it. Keep it coming. Sincerely, Dark-Star
If you are logged in (and you have your own WinCustomize Personal Site), you can access your account properties by clicking on the 'My Account' link located top right of the website. Then click the 'Update Images' tab to upload you very own personal icon. :)
This is a simple and easy way, try creating your objects larger and scaling them down once you have finished with your object. (It's good to have a larger size object to begin with so you can reuse it later on something else.) PhotoShop does as great job scaling and also anti-aliasing "flat" objects. Any hard edges you may have will be blended and smoothed out. :)
wow.. I didn't realize Word could do this stuff without accessing menu options. Sweet!
