I, like most others it seems, disagree. While I'm not sure the skill is "needed" (you can also selectively slow down units as you run away), it definitely fits his character story, and it's fun as hell. I would be severely disappointed if this was taken away as I think it's a really fun addition to his character in both story and gameplay. Taking him and giving him a ton of generic sniper skills would make him a lot less fun. You seem to want to make him a pure snipe

I actually agree that this is probably a design decision rather than a bug; I also agree that it's a very poor choice. When I have to sit for 30 seconds, give or take, at death, I want to be able to do something, and what I would like to use that downtime for is thinking about my stats/equipment, especially since the spawn is at the shops... basically I like to look at what I've got and pre-load my shopping.
Weird, that placed my old reply instead of the one I typed >_ Anyway, I just went back a bit so I could copy/paste what I actually said: "So far, I can pretty easily tell which side the creeps I'm looking at are on, but I'm not sure if I tell that by coloration or by the fact that they're moving towards my base rather than away. I only had time to install and play about 3 games before I left town, so I'll look into that more when I get back. I
What's up xiph! I haven't posted my thorough first impressions yet, but I took down a lot of notes... anyway, I agree with a lot of what you're saying here. Controls - the QWER is a great standard, and I really think it's essential. While I've pretty much memorized all the positions of all the spells of dota (as most of the dota players here inevitably have, at least as far as our favorite characters), it's nicer to be able to have a standard hand placement.&nbs
Yeah, sometimes it's a ground click and sometimes it isn't. Although, the text description seems to imply that it's more of a ground smash aoe than a direct hit then aoe.
I agree with the mouse scroll idea. Everytime I pushing up a few feet and I then have to zoom out and zoom in to regain focus. This is annoying and slows me down, more importantly, it take me out of the experience.
I agree with this, the most frustrating thing so far in my experience is the constant zooming in and zooming out. I like the ability to freely zoom, but it's too cumbersome. Also, while the arrow
