No blue screen appeared after making that change. It reboots immediatly. How do you download from impulse without paying?

First of all, auto-run is turned off somehow so I'm launching it from the setup icon. It brings up windows installer and then reboots. Specs Pentium 4 2.66 GH 1 gig ram NVIDIA GeForce 6600 (drives up to date as of 5/16/08)

Whenever I try to install the game my computer rebots. My video drivers are up to date. No idea what's wrong.
