Unable to download game updates in Technical Sins Forums

I am unable to download game updates.Everytime I put the correct serial number into the website,it says that it's not a corrrect serial numbers.Please help me ASAP.My email is [email protected] I have no problem playing online usung the supplied serial number.Only the website is not recognising my original Sins serial number.Plese help
