Not a bad idea, but I think the engines already do something like that, as far as I can gather from the descriptions. In my opinion, sub-light engines in GC3 should be a tactical component; they should be "manuveuring thrusters" to help ships (especially smaller ones) evade weapons fire. Nikolai
