Very good article but I must add that it didn't go far enough, the u.s.a system runs under what we were taught is a checks and balance system of government ,as the founders wanted, and envisioned,but 2 of these check points are now merge when we have lawyers making the laws in OUR congress and another group of them running the other the judicial branch and administrating the laws been made by their collegues and this is compound when at times in our country
