When I buy a premium skin I don't use Impulse, I get it directly from either here or one of the other sites that offer them. At the end of the purchase it goes to a page automatically and displays the completed transaction and a download link. Some even email it as well. The only part that I got through Impulse was Windowblinds 7 itself.
Weren't the vast majority of new jobs created during the Reagan/Bush Reign in the service sector at or below minimum wage? That many of your good paying jobs were either Outsourced overseas or "insourced" to much cheaper H-1b Visas. The high cost of tax cuts and deregulation. I had seen this over there and got it as well. Looks interesting, but I had already bought Objectdock Plus 2.0 beta since I owned Windowblinds, Iconpackager, and CursorFX Plus and wanted to make a complete set. :)
