Very Annoying Windowblinds Problem in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

Hey Guy's, I've Recently Purchased Windowblinds Again but This Time On A Diff Pc. The Problem Is When I Apply A Theme It Just Set's The Old Windows 98 Theme To My Desktop, Is There Something I,m Doing Wrong This Time ? Please Respond, Thank you
