Theme in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Hi, A few years ago I downloaded a theme here and it was great. Last week I had to format my harddrive and lost my theme. I forgot what the name was but it was a very simple theme that basically gave my XP a more classic look and got rid of the blue bottom and top bars. Anyone know of a theme that's maybe similar or am I being to vague? Thanks in advance.
