the two vista themes i have are: Windows Vista Standard, and Windows Vista Basic. I applied Windows Vista Standard and deskscapes still don't work.

Descapes won't apply in DeskScapes Stardock Forums

I keep getting a error when i try to apply a deskscape background. It says: The Desktop WindowMangaer is not running, DeskScape requires the Desktop Window Manager (uxsms) service to be running to function. Also, dmw is running and i tried typing in cmd 'net stop uxsms' then 'start uxsms' and nothing still happened. Error Pic:
