Thanks everyone for the replies. We're going to try a few more things this week and I'll likely ask again if you see the error. I'll keep you all informed when we try something again. So, how much patience with forums and software does Stardock think paying subscribers and customers have to accept ???<br

Apologies for the problems guys. We're currently looking into the issue. We believe the problem is related to the database server, and the solution may take some time. Please stay patient with us as we resolve the issue. Thank you. :) Bara

I have updated the WinCustomize personal pages so that the design matches the new WinCustomize design. I have also fixed some bugs, increased performance, and all-around cleaned it up. FYI, if you do not already have a personal page, you will not be able to create one for the time being. We are working on a "Settings" page of some kind to handle all of that stuff, which we will release in the near future. Please report any bugs you may find here or in this fo

The issue seems to be somewhat related to server load. That is, the more people posting, the more confused the forums seem to get about when they posted. It's still largely due to the cache, but the issue may not be as straight-forward as I thought it might (eg, force the cache to update after every post)... *sigh* Back to the drawing board... Bara
