Happened the other way round for me - captured all three cities, and was told that they ceased to exist about 15-20 turns later...
Hi! You cannot print it? Ummm... as shown in my post (Reply #107, above), I've created a PDF version of both the guide and the many useful comments for it. And yes, it has a white background ;)
Weeeell... allow me to throw in my voice as well. I bought GalCiv, GalCiv II, and all expansions. I really, really approve of the free updates I could get, which improved the game even more (and I'm sure you'll agree with me on my high opinion of this game). Now they've decided to switch to a new updating system. I don't know why, and - quite frankly - I don't care. For example, Master of Orion -> GalCiv (and they were the first to actuall ymanage that, although very many others tried).
My very dear Stardock (yes - due to your very good games), if you allow me to seriously beta-test your non-MoM game (and I'm uniquely suited *brag* as I've been playing on computers since 1981, and coding commercially since '84) I am VERY willing to buy that game in advance, paying full price without even looking at it first. If you manage to take the MoM idea, the game with so extremely many way to play, so many different paths to victory, manage to take over the entir
