Correct. I just verified and it is working again. Although I was aware of the maintenance, I did not know the impact. Maybe in the future, post the impact of the maintenance ? Back to Ashes :)
I just verified my profile and it is blank. Looks like I have the same problem as you, I no longer have a registered account. I will open a ticket.
Problem occurred between 11h00 and 11h15 EST. Maintenance was at 9h00 I believe. I believe it must be something local that got corrupted otherwise if it was server side, this place would be flooded with comments such as mine.

Been playing for about 1 week without much problems. Today, I won my last match and was returned to the screen to join the queue for another match and there was an error string and my rank was no longer displayed. My rank now shows "Unranked". When I click the button to join the queue, I get "Fail to start Matchmaking" and I can no longer enter the queue now. I restarted the game and I have the same problem. So I can no longer play until this is fixed ;(
