@ Vxsote1 : I'm not doing any custom overclocking and my GPU is new this year. Also, I'm not having problems in any other games. The problem is specific to Ashes so it's either a software conflict with the drivers (DX12, Nvidia or Ashes) or its a problem with the maps.

I had this happen to me on 0.84 and the current latest version 0.90. It started with the DX12 version first then started happening with DX11. You may find it starts to happen after a game crash.
